The Practical Reasons Founders
Choose Globex Consulting
We do not compete on speed or volume. Our work is valued for its precision, its scope clarity, and the way it prepares clients for what follows formation.
Return to HomeWhat Sets Our Work Apart
Six attributes that matter when the formation of your company will have lasting consequences.
Document Accuracy
Articles, memorandums, and shareholder agreements prepared with the precision that avoids costly later amendments.
Fixed, Transparent Fees
Engagements are priced at the outset. No time-based billing, no incremental charges for routine correspondence.
English Throughout
All client communication, summaries, and explanatory notes are in English. Clients understand what they are signing and why.
Step-by-Step Guidance
Each stage of the registration is explained before it is taken. Clients are not asked to approve actions they do not understand.
Cross-Border Experience
Structures involving foreign shareholders are handled with attention to overseas counsel coordination and inter-company documentation.
Post-Formation Clarity
Each engagement includes a note on subsequent operational filings so clients know what the next steps are after the certificate is issued.
Professional Expertise in Thai Formation Law
Our team has direct, working familiarity with the Department of Business Development's procedural requirements. We have handled name reservation refusals, corrected defective articles, and advised on restricted activity classifications under the Foreign Business Act — the kind of practical knowledge that only comes from sustained engagement with the formation process, not from reading the statute.
- DBD procedure familiarity for all registration types
- Foreign Business Act classification guidance
- Document preparation to avoid common registration failures
A Process That Proceeds in Sequence
Formation work benefits from a defined sequence of steps. Attempting to accelerate one stage rarely saves time overall — it typically creates corrections that slow the next. Our process moves at the pace that the formal requirements allow, and clients are informed at each stage rather than presented with a completed outcome they cannot retrace.
- Written engagement scope at the outset
- Client confirmation sought before each formal submission
- Realistic timelines provided — not optimistic ones
Direct Access to the Working Team
Clients communicate with the advisers handling their engagement, not with a reception layer that passes messages between departments. This is a small practice and that is deliberate. Enquiries are addressed by the person who knows the file.
- Named point of contact for each engagement
- Responses within one Bangkok working day
- In-person meetings available in Lumphini
Fees Priced for the Scope, Not the Client
Our fee schedule reflects the work involved in each engagement type. A sole proprietor registration has a clearly bounded scope and is priced accordingly. More complex holding structures with foreign participation involve considerably more preparation and are priced to reflect that — not inflated based on the perceived means of the client.
- Fixed fees from ฿4,000 for simple formations
- No billable hours or unexpected additions
- Costs confirmed in writing before engagement begins

Distinctive Features of Our Service
The Explanatory Memorandum
For holding structures and foreign participation engagements, we produce a written document — not a template — that describes how the formed structure operates: who holds what, how decisions are made, and what the inter-company arrangements mean in practice. Few formation advisers produce this.
Scope Document at Engagement Start
Before any work begins, we provide a written scope document that sets out precisely what is covered, what documents will be produced, what the client must provide, and what the fee is. There is no ambiguity about what the engagement includes.
Client Confirmation at Each Stage
We do not submit documents to the relevant authority without client review and confirmation. Clients receive the draft, have the opportunity to ask questions, and give written approval before each formal step proceeds.
Encrypted Document Handling
Client identification documents, draft articles, shareholder information, and other sensitive materials are stored in encrypted form and are accessible only to the adviser handling the engagement. Documents are not retained beyond the period necessary.
