Three Formation Engagements,
Each with a Defined Scope
From a single-owner trading name to a multi-entity structure with overseas shareholders — our engagements cover the range of formation requirements we encounter in practice.
Return to HomeOur Formation Methodology
Each engagement follows a defined sequence. The stages below apply across all three formation types, adapted to the complexity of the particular structure.
Initial Consultation
We establish what the client is building, the intended activities, ownership requirements, and any foreign participation considerations.
Scope & Fee Confirmation
A written scope document and fixed fee are provided. No work begins until the client has reviewed and confirmed the engagement terms.
Document Preparation
Founding documents are drafted, reviewed internally, and sent to the client for confirmation before any submission to the relevant authority.
Registration & Handover
Documents are submitted, the registration is completed, and the client receives the certificate together with a note on subsequent operational steps.
